Each batch of Sweet Legacy Gourmet fudge is hand-crafted from our original recipe which dates back to the 1830’s. The process of making a batch of our fudge is most definitely a labor of love. We start by cooking our fudge in a large copper kettle to just the right temperature. We then pour each batch onto our 750 pound marble slab to briefly cool before the blending and creaming process begins. From there each batch is shaped by hand into our signature ‘loaf’ of fudge.
